Are they living there or just holiday? It’s one of the most touristy spots in the world, people go there for a day or two before going to Phuket or Koh Samui or whatever

Personally my results here are the same as the Philippines which is supposedly much easier

Bad news is the decrease comes from Asia, while western tourists from AUS/CA/US/UK + europe are all up anywhere from 5 to 20%

I can't find good numbers for expats and digital nomads but I would assume a similar trend to tourism, the amount of western guys living in Thailand keeps increasing every year. Which I think is very accurate as all my data points show thailand keeps getting more and more saturated, and the bottom western guys are starting to move to the Philippines.

At what point normies will be completely fucked in Thailand too? If these numbers keep growing, I can't see normies doing well in 5 to 10 years

Both, tourism is increasing every year, as well as the amount of western guys living there
obviously 80 or 90% of them are probably just there for a few days

Yes, lots of them also living there and hiding from the war through visa runs, which is gonna inflate the numbers
