basically it’s the ibiza of southeast asia

as soon as i landed, the entire airport was full with white people and indians

and the locals are all brown and short. jakarta girls are hotter and look more oriental with less austronesian dna

but i will say, i went to the countryside of bali (the island is huge. took 4 hours to get to my hotel) and there were some hot village girls washing laundry and feeding their chickens

my driver made me roll my window up when we drove thru their village because they get aggressive when they see foreigners lol. basically they will fuck with you and threaten to kill you if they see you in their village but not with one of their own as your guide. they try to extort dumb tourists from climbing their mountain but i avoided this by climbing at night. i’ll be damned if i gotta pay a white boy tax

but yea, pointless to go to bali imo. full of foreigners, the locals are more keen on trying to extort you as much as possible (due to the dumb tourists who aren’t experienced with scams)

and the infrastructure.. TERRIBLE. an island of 4 million with no buses or trains and traffic that turns a 1 hour drive into 3 hours.

i just went to bali to become a more well rounded expert on the region. and i can confidently say there are many other beach destinations in southeast asia for better value, logistics, experiences, and peace of mind

It just comes down to persistence. Last time I was there I managed to score a Russian HTB while being a MTN myself. I just can't think of a worse place, it's the kind of place you tell other people on Reddit to go in order to save the best destinations for yourself.

I said here multiple times how Bangkok has gotten worse due to the Chad influx but at least Bangkok is massive and so you have lots of options, the foreigners mix with the millions of locals. It's mostly online dating in Bangkok that is very saturated. But Bali is small and everybody is in the South and so you basically see Chads everywhere and there are way way more hot guys than girls.

I went to a high end club called Bacarrat when I was in BKK and I can't really say I was that impressed with the talent there in comparison to a place like Canggu, Bali. In BKK, I saw more attractive girls at the tourist traps like Tichuca Rooftop Bar than the high end venues. Overall, geomaxxing in BKK seems very overrated for girls.
