Resultingly, I am curious as to whether you were able to temper your yearning to travel during COVID and refuse to get vaccinated/travel, or if you succumbed to slave like compliance and complied with the vaxx mandate.

Idk what you mean by vaccinated. I didn't get vaccinated for covid but I did get a couple vaccines when I was 18 I think for hepatitis and something else.

I'm not antivaxx I just worked fully remotely and couldn't be bothered. I also haven't been sick with anything except a cold since I was 13 or so

I'm in awe of people that are unironically like that. Around where I live you still see so many people masking up. COVID gave the average person undeniable PTSD. They will never mentally recover.
