I've done this many times. A couple years ago I was on break at work stalking my oneitis' instagram page and saw a picture of her with her hs boyfriend from years ago and it for some reason hit me hard knowing even if everything turned around tomorrow i still missed out on too much to ever recover. My chest hurt so bad and I locked myself in the bathroom and cried for like 40 minutes.
