it will be very tough to get to a state where you can survive off just breathing and water, so i’ll just recommend you all to fast as much as possible

at the bare minimum, only have one meal a day

That's good having no incentive. Do you believe all the healing stuff pushed on reddit and other forums or is that all woowoo noise in your opinion? I haven't really looked into it, but I try to stay open minded. I went 20+ days without food and was hospitalized (I also went without water towards the end since I was trying to make weight for wrestling) fun sport but the weight cutting practice is retarded imo. Most fun I have had in my life (the sport)

I am trying to lose a bunch of weight but haven't the will power to do any fasting. Hopefully I won't indulge myself today (Got some wegovy from a family member)

Been skipping meals (without recovering the calories), and I'm leaner and more productive.
Caloric restriction has been praised since ancient greece times (maybe even earlier).

it depends on the original source they’re getting their info from

a good indicator is on sites like reddit to look at the controversial posts. not always accurate but can atleast open yourself to new pathways to look at problems

lots of people on the internet fall into the trap of staying in their niche echo chambers and never put themselves in positions to see contrasting thoughts, so become stagnant and left behind

happens the same with old people too

call me a mad lad but i play roblox with kids, watch tiktoks from gen alpha, etc etc, to help me stay up to date on the new trends. don’t want to be like the old gens who just stay in their bubble and fall off

I did fasting before, it just led me to refeeding syndrome and I was burping a ton because my body basically forgot how to properly digest food. It happens to people when they are recovering from anorexia too. Best to eat the least amount possible without restricting yourself and go for good quality dense nutrition.
