Would you go to China with weed and coke in your hair

I am not saying I did coke or smoked weed of course. I am just asking hypothetically.
I heard they do random testing for drugs in clubs and bars.
but do they test the hair? Should somebody who has done coke and smoked weed 2 months ago go to China? Or should he wait till the hair contaminated with the drugs is cut off? @AlexBrown84
