I do not understand people who treat P4P as some kind of identity indicator, personality trait, or sign of character. I don't do P4P much at all because it doesn't seem very worth it to me and I have enough attention as it is, but yes, I would and I have. To me it's no different than paying for dinner or to see a movie.
