of course the guys living in SEA are seen as failures who cannot get girls but I even heard people say guys in East Asia who do English teaching are failures. Even Chinese girls told me they feel white guys in China are losers back home.

Why can we not just escape the west, why does the judging have to continue?

I feel the only way to not be seen as a failure is to get a decent job in China like ask my big 4 employer if they can send me to their Chinese or Korean branch. But then I probably will have to work 996 and have no time to sllay

this is a sad reality now and this idea spread like wildfire mainly because so many chinese women live in western countries so they regurgitate what they hear white women say then spread it to their sisters back in the mainland. the amount of chinese girls who are living in spain, france and italy who say those men aren't as handsome as they thought would destroy you - this is how high their standards are rising. a 5/10 dorky white dude going to china is gonna be in for a tougher time than just 6-7 years ago

have you seen the average sexpat or english teacher in Asia? (and to a large degree how they treat women, feel superior and their creepy behaviour)
if so, you will quickly understand why asian women think that, because in many cases it is the truth

easy solution, don't look and act like that
it's not hard, and it has nothing to do with being an english teacher or not

i have friends that were unemployed while in China, that got middle and high class girls, but the guy doesn't look like a sexpat, and is himself interesting/smart/educated

case in point: go to any subreddit of an asian country and read the amount of bullshit they say
a vast majority of them are sexpats that treat women like garbage

the idea of white guys being losers back home is based on their experiences with your average english teacher or PPB
and its obvious many of them have yellow fever and act like idiots, and are only there for sex which gives a bad reputation to everyone else

i really don't know why it's hard for people to understand that we're at a point where social media = real life or at least VERY close to it. even if things are not 100% true we can at least get a glimpse of their train of thought and where things are headed
