I think north europeans experienced greatest development over the years. They lived in cold conditions and had to overcome a lot of adversity. These stressors made them develop faster than any other race. It's similar how you can put stress on your muscle and it adapts, get stronger.

Usually person from north europe is calm, composed, disciplined, has more willpower. If you compare it him to darker people, they are loud, obnoxious, in your face all the time, can't fix shit, everything is broken.

All greatest physicists were pale white. All greatest computer scientists were white.

Asians have higher IQ than whites but they lack discipline to utilize it. Look what shit they make in china.
