Which city would you live in and why?

I feel like i wouldnt want to touch third world... I'd want to live somewhere first world with beaches like south Europe, or busan etc still.. but the problem is you still can't get ethnic girls on tap. But at that point of wealth could you just fly girls out to you? Or be able to easily get your exact type in that country due to your wealth or would it not make a difference?
