What will the best country be to live in when WWIII starts?

avoid being bombed
avoid being drafted
be able to start a family with a loving wife
low pollution
fair taxes
good quality water and food
reliable infrastructure
good farmer/rural culture

I'm thinking Argentina, Uruguay, Australia, New Zealand (these countries as they are south of the equator and isolated from much of the world while offering a good standard of living).

Or unironically America (the draft seems too impractical to enforce large scale given free speech, armed americans and large country side so I doubt it is ever implemented).

So its just Uruguay and Argentina? Where else. Why do you not like US and Australia, but are ok with NZ?
I'm thinking somewhere near the ocean or lakes so I can fish. I room lined with cooper shall protect backup electronics form a WWIII EMP. I shall also get used to living with no electricity.
What is concerning are all the memes about a polar shift and potential tsunamis that come from this. If the chaos realizes then this is a perfect storm for a great societal reset. Very scary.

I think small states in Oceania could fit your criteria. Fidji islands for example. You can just chill, rugbymaxx and drink coconut water on the beach.
