Yes but Indians are everywhere in IT....they are also in data science, data engineering, data visualization, software development ecc. Indeed most IT remote workers earn at least 30% less than somebody that work in a office in a big Western city...that's the discount for a remote job because you compete with people from 3rd and 4rd world countries

everyone else you see are mostly tourists

most nomads don't travel for more than a few years
before settling in a new country or going back home
