i never really thought about "what is sounds like" but more like. i can tell your dumb by how you laugh. laugh. ya know.

a smart person laughs differently. I guess if i had to think about it. A smart person has a more reserved laugh. Unless its' uncontrolled laughter. But it sounds genuine.

a dumb girls laugh is a laugh of uncertainty. Like i don't know what your talking about but i will laugh so he won't know i don't know what he's talking about. Or a loud boisterous laugh simply to obtain attention. Like there is no mental guage saying "do i sound stupid laughing like this at this particular moment or at this situation".

I guess that's the best way that i see it. or can describe it. I just thought about a situation and realised, it's an annoying laugh. Ya....dumb people laughs are annoying. (maybe it's only me that feels that way)
