I don't think a Ray Peat diet is 100% optimal but i agree on many points.
Diary in Asia does not really exist unfortunately when I was there last time. They only sell goyslop at 7/11.
I think eating more meat and eggs is the only solution for me to eat healthy. No chance i will be eating rice with zero nutrients in it ngl.
