i’ll say this still rings true 40+ years later. except when i get to uncanny spaces. like old dead malls, then i feel cold like a ghost is over me

for example, the mall next to chatuchak market. some of the floors are so quiet i feel very depressed

i went there recently to eat some pad ka prao but the vibes were completely different. and it didn’t help that the food i got was shit compared to last time. didn’t even taste like real thai food

i guess this is a sign im aging finally! lol

scary

Scummy coomers deserve scammy Thais. Real Thailand is one of the most high-trust societies in the world. It's amazing to see how things are left unsecured with no concern over possible theft all over Bangkok.
>outgoing nature of the Thai people
>conversations are more easily commenced than in any other country in the world
What is this dude smoking? He's delusional. Colombians are 100x more outgoing than Thais. The majority of Thais are introverts. Did he base his entire perspective on the Thai people from the whores and pimps he hung out with in Pattaya? God damn, what a skewed perception.
