Had 6 interviews today trying to hire someone for like 650 usd per month to help build a business for me

1st filipino girl. - lied about her experience, I asked her questions about a skill she said she specialises in , and she just went silent and I could see her typing in chatgpt for the answer, was really annoying. She was very nervous too. But great accent. She sounded English native kinda, I can see why they're just ideal customer service but not for skilled jobs.

2nd, Nigerian girl- decent experience, terrible accent I hated it, kinda stupid but decent understanding of the skills when asked her questions

3rd. Indian guy- good accent could understand him well but the typical ding ding accent. But excellent understanding of every skill when I asked questions about it. I think I will hire him.

4th- indonesian guy - couldn't understand his accent , could see it was hard for him to express himself. Decent understanding of skills But I wasn't too convinced

5th- Paki, great English, less of a ding ding accent, really skilled and knowledgeable same as the Indian guy but possibly better. I think I'll go with him actually

South asians for skilled jobs tbh. They have a culture where they actually learn and become good at this stuff. It feels like they've got a brain

But south east asians it feels like they don't have a brain. They're just ideal for manual labour following repetitive tasks which u lay out for them.

Africans somewhere inbetween she seemed more switched on than the SEAs but still stupid
