I told him no im not risking my degree for him not studying and then he started gaslighting me saying I thought we were friends and shit. People are weird man fuck off. Yet again people only care about you for what you can give them

If he hadn't asked me for money I would have probably helped him for free, but he made my brain go into business/rational mode by offering me money instead of friendship mode. Lesson learned
