Why do people here and on org act like a 155-170lb twink physique is all you need when it comes to dating when in reality you don't really reap huge benefits from gymcelling until you're at least 175-180lbs+ lean (assuming ur 5'10-6'0) and actually look somewhat big in clothes and people can tell you work out.

155-170 twink physique does not provide a real halo. Only ticks box for minimum physique threshold for women that were already highly attracted to your pheno/face

But for those who’re not HTN+, 6’2+, 21in+ untrained bidelt, etc, the returns on hitting 180-185 lean are very high if you're at least MTN+ and 5'9+

But with that being said 155-165 twink physique with abs is still good enough for tinder soft launch and some LTB slays

just won't move the needle much if you're not already HTN+

you are quite right

just to articulate because this is very important : bodyfat is king

but to be very specific it's very unlikely a person will get too big for women's gaze assuming low bodyfat level

I managed to get too big for asian women but black/latina like me and am over 260 rn and peak 300

and it took so much effort it definitely did not happen by fucking accident

people who are scared to become too big dont have the nutrition training and genetics to be big in the first place

I think around 6 feet up to 200-220 is ok

add around 5 pounds per inch

for example I dont see a 6'4 guy who weighs 110 kg as a too big guy

it's completely reasonable

keep in mind that bodybuilders who are like 5'7 on average are pushing 120 kg LEAN and 130+ offseason

Yea exactly for most men their issue is never gonna be “looking too big”

Their issue is gonna be still looking dyel in clothes despite 4-5 years of natty training with strict diet/sleep.

Most men who go to the gym are in this predicament
