I thought i was missing something from not going there but my recent trip has just vindicated my already existing thoughts about an archaic continent stuck in the 90s because they can’t do anything else due to shit economies

cities like beijing, kyoto and seoul still managed to modernize while keeping their old historic areas

the new world mogs the old world at this moment. we still have similar historic architecture that's found in europe all over north america while keeping up with new age standards. i'd rather live in boston over any given western european city and moscow is the only european city that's worth anything
