I see too many people talking about south east asia and latin america but don't talk about south asia or the middle east, Lebanon, Pakistan and Turkey. Some of these places are getting overrun with foreigners but there's a reason these 'passport bros' go to only Colombia, DR, Philippines, Brazil, etc.
-- those places always work and you're almost guaranteed to get something there.

If you're the adventurous type and wanna try harder places that people normally don't go to like Serbia or Argentina then it's a toss up.
