I made this ai product while working at the same time put my blood sweat and tears into it and i made a grand total of 25k after selling it to an other investment corpo, i mean atleast i tried bro.


25k for the period of 6 months is okay i guess for a europoor at 20 years old.

Oh yeah and my legit old businesses that allowed me to travel are also fucked lol...

I only have 1 shitty dropshipping business left so I had to move back to NL for a long time to save money for the future. The other online webshop I had went bankrupt and it was the one bringing me 4k a month. So basically im going broke. Well not really i saved most of my money cause i satrted these businesses when i was 16.

I recently finishsed my cs degree which took me 1.5 years which i did through online uni, that was my backup plan since my sister works at a multinational and she has a PhD so I knew she would be able to get me a job there. Good news? I got one.

So that leaves me with my entry level cloud engineering job wich pays 2.7k a month (fkn bachelors degree for that salary but i cant complain cause its FULLY REMOTE) + the other shitty dropshipping store that was making me 1500-2000 max a month. I saved some money but alot of it went to taxes cause of europoor.

Its not bad money for someone whose about to be 21 i just paid off all my uni loans and now i have a remote job that my sister got me as planned + 200k fiat and 50k in crypto.

I got really depressed ngl, seeing everything i work for dying slowly but i realised i just got lucky finding a great product and having the aliexpress algo on my side. This also made me question my morals, because i low k believed it was all hard work that got me to where i was able to travel the world and do uni online by paying for it( online uni is not free while physical is free) and i thought i was oh so wise but in reality i was just lucky to come across the rehab room channel to get blackpilled.

So that made me realise how fucked this world really is and i got accostomed to a freedom that i now might lose, i dont want to work 8 hours a day, sit with wagies in webcalls and fucking slack messages about oooh we have to push the new update by the end of the week guys!! So i give up doing this shit the legit way. Its not fair that some guys are born broke and its not fair that dudes can be free while i have to rot my youth working for $$.

So yeah the plan is move to Kuala lumpur on digital nomad visa with my cloud job cause of 0 taxes for remote jobs and use my computer skills to make some BIG $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ aslong as i rob jews its fine right? im sure god will forgive me cause i dont want to fall off bro i need money to be free or else im actually gonna rope jfl. im pretty sure you need to spend at least half a year and one day to change ur tax residency, its not same everywhere but this is general rule
so even tho you sit in kuala lumpur youre still paying cuck taxes, until ur residency changes

imo it's good to try but not for too long. some downsides, that apply everywhere, are it can get boring living in the same city, talking to the same few people, sitting in 1 place for a large chunk of your day at a fixed schedule. can't enjoy the city during non-peak hours either which is what i prefer.

i do office 3 days a week and yes i agree it's the most i could ever do.

Nah i give up bro, im just gonna try and get a better job/position and work 3 times a week remote eventually. Grinding 24/7 is shit im just gonna enjoy my youth and see. Yup your comment changed my mind, i booked my flight to KL and hopefully the comfort of my own place again and small luxuries will circumvent wagie cagie depression. I feel like trying to make it as an entrepreneur is literally impossible without generational wealth. Like i have really good ideas to make it, but i would need 2 mil usd to actually be able to invest in stocks to live off of and to invest in physical products 3rd world employees etc. The only way i thought before to make it was through tech but there is just way too much competition from guys 100x richer than me. So imma just wageslave and see if i can get the inspiration to try again later. For now im just going to try and enjoy the next 3 years. Who knows maybe i get a good idea that doesn't need alot of investments. Emotionally i really want to go and achieve financial freedom, rationally i understand all cards are stacked against me. In the U.S. I actually left a fully remote position to take a fully non-remote position because the salary was $15,000 higher. That was a huge mistake. There weren't even windows in my department.

I worked in IT and people in IT are generally introverted and awkward which makes the whole situation worse. Way harder to mingle with colleagues with a "let's grab a beer bro".

I actually like working in the office and prefer it over remote work IF and only if there is a "come and go as you please" policy. That's how it was for me in Japan. If I felt it necessary to be at the office that day to conduct a meeting or whatever, I would go in, but if I just needed to work on solo stuff, I could stay home. Nothing worse than being in the office when you don't need to be.

That won't work, because AI will replace most software jobs this year. Only chance is scamming I think. Other than that, you had to make money before AI crisis, not after. It will no longer be possible. At least not via "programming".
