According to this study from 2022, 5'11 is preferred on average even in USA and Scandinavia.

I'm not really sure either if I'm buying this result because it's really surprising.

But even if they're wrong and 5'11 is not preferred, it's at least acceptable and will fulfill the minimum requirements of average women. the numbers can't have increased to 6'4 so quickly in a few years.
 
It’s been 5 foot 11 this entire decade, 6 foot 1 incoming next decade as a standard. USA and such. In any 3rd world shithole vanity isn’t such a big thing as eating every day JFL, cannot be compared. We cannot apply USA blackpill research to Asia guys tbh. It can rhyme but we don’t even understands what’s really going on.

5'11 is already the standard in tier 1 chinese cities. chinese women would rather die alone than to be stuck with a rich, balding ricecel who's 175 cm (money copers on sui watch). there are height pills scattered throughout this video because chinese women are low inhib and just come out with their prerequisites. starting at 1:26 plus some ropefuel at 3:08

in my opinion yes. they're pretty good looking and take care of themselves well plus they're height queens so if you're 5'11/6' then you can find quality. korea also seems to be good for tall guys who arent completely busted in the face like passportbros

a white MTN can do well for himself there and a HTN will have access to top quality

Hmm I still doubt the 5'11 minimum height requirement for jbw even in Shanghai especially since it's not in a vacuum since there are other variables like your physique, face, game, fashion, mandarin ability etc even in Tier 1s but it could be China's changed. Beijing and Dongbei might be a little harder tbf but the avg guy in his 20s is still only 5'9 or 5'10 at most for those. Qingdao Chengdu Xian Hangzhou Nanjing etc I'm willing to bet that even 5'9 is fine and the more south you go the shorter the people.

Regardless I don't think rednote/youtube is a reliable indicator as we all know women will say one thing and often do another and will drop their standards if they see something they like and more so if there arent any other white guys around. No one can really know for sure unless they've been to these cities approaching on the street.

For sure they can and will do that with the local men, but to beat a dead horse I think that white guys are and will remain rare enough on the ground relative to the population where Chinese women are still willing to break their requirements that they have for the local men. There will never be enough white guys there mathematically to change this. And most of the white guys going there aren't this height, 5'11+ is just not that common outside of northern Europe/a few Balkan countries. Let alone ones who can actually communicate with them when approaching.

The anglosphere sucks because there are plenty of white simps chads now included that can hound them online and meet them in person plus feminism both of which don't exist in China.

I just think real life approaching trumps online dating in terms of what you can get and in China's case it won't be a problem imo since even as OLD probably dies as AI gets better and even if millions of Jeets start frauding Chinese women will quickly realize its all fake. The numbers on the ground won't significantly change as approaching and social circle which require a physical presence become the only way of dating. Travel will probably become more unaffordable as well as Gen Z and later on Alpha keeps getting squeezed by inflation and become UBI serfs.

I agree for the most part but I feel like the "Novelty" of white people is greatly diminishing year after year in big Chinese cities (tier 2 and above), I was expecting to be stared at a lot more and to see more obvious interest from decent looking girls, instead attractive girls seem really indifferent and glued to their phones with tiktok 24/7 exactly like in the west. One interesting episode related to this is about a mid Chinese girl that I went out with, she had a white prettyboy tiktoker as a wallpaper on the phone, everytime she checked the phone she was subconsciously reminding herself how a real good looking white guy looks like. You could feel that she wasn't really enthusiastic about going out with me and I was only the best option available at the moment. So i made up an excuse leaving the meeting shortly after with a sour taste, Chinese girls are getting up to speed and up to speed fast, socials really are a cancer for subchads men at all latitudes

this is my other point. women do not care about humanity going extinct. we're at a point in the world where they will refuse to breed with someone that isn't to their standards. this is why it's important to get into a LTR while the standards are still doable. guys going there to slay just for validation are going to shoot themselves in the foot when they go back 10 years later and find themselves now getting rejected

In China that's a nonexistent problem with 113 million women in the 20 to 30 yo bracket. Now a few ppbs going to Shanghai/Beijing that can't speak Chinese and most of who won't even approach aren't going to alter things for approach game in Tier 2s and lower. Talking about adding a few cups of water to a lake.

Anyways I'll defer to the guys that are in Tier 2s and are living there long term/working. I'll also see for myself when I actually get there but for now I'm still inclined to believe it isnt that bad until proven otherwise.

I'll be looking for an LTR and am gymaxxed with good facial genetics around 5'10 and should be at HSK2-HSK3 level by then so I think I'll be fine looking for an HTB even if it's getting that bad.

with those stats you can EASILY achieve that. unless you come across as really weird in person but you don't seem like it, so i'm pretty sure your plan will work out.

I don't want to be a doomer, it's definitely not bad especially with your stats and the fact that you plan to stay long term and search for a serious relationship (for you I think it will be great) but I just feel like the future trajectory is not that bright even in China and that is concerning
