Was 170 at 6'3 (6'2 now sadly) and felt great all the time and was always erect staring at ass. Now I'm fat and eat slop all day. Plus I'm getting old as fuck sadly. My Adderall script has helped me get to 195 so in 25 pounds I should be leanmaxxed and in the gray area of acceptable public arousal. Anybody else here done it before? In my experience, it's really good for health, but not always easy to stick to. @AlexBrown84 is veganism popular in sea or are they all poor eating the least edible parts of animals?
