I'll just grab the top 25 from here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_languages_by_number_of_native_speakers

S tier (Extremely interested; plan to be fully fluent one day)
  • Japanese, Mandarin
A tier (Very interested; plan to learn to a light conversation level someday)
  • Cantonese, Korean
B tier (Interested; would like to learn the basics and some words/phrases)
  • Wu, Russian, Spanish
C tier (Mild interest; might be cool to learn a word or two)
  • Vietnamese, Hindi/Urdu, Javanese, German, French
D tier (No interest; any learning will be situational and "nice to have")
  • Portuguese, Italian, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati,
F tier (Negative interest; will only be exposed to it if necessary)
  • Arabic, Bengali, Turkish, Punjabi, Persian
