Just asking because chinese food is full of it.
Anyone has a solid method to make sure you are 100% debloated ?

need to intermittent fast and work out and be active so you can convert those sugars and quick energy

It’s real and lasts a few days after eating a lot of carbs. You need to run keto for around a week and run.
Hard to go keto as I keep on travelling and eating out in China…
Will try to tho. thanks for the advice.
Do you think sprints are fine for debloating ? I don’t wanna rape my test level and cortisol with endurance running

Sprints should be good enough - look in hiit training - good for calorie burn quickly

Constantly eat carbs - never fast or do keto. What do you think asians lived on before they invented seed oils and made everything sugar free and the obesity rate skyrocketed

Well asians from the South of China aren’t moggers. The only one that were were the meat-eaters from northern China.

Excess, yes. Shouldn't happen with small amounts. Chinese food has a lot of seed oil. Could be causing inflammation.

Asians have always ate predominately meat, even raw meat. Just look at Japan with all their raw fish dishes, and many there eat raw/very lightly cooked eggs. In SEA they even eat stuff like deep fried tarantulas.

As I vegetarian pajeet I was bloated throughout my life when I was 16 I used to look like 26 now that I'm eating meat and eggs I look like my age and have got decent female attention

It can take months for your gut to start digesting Asian food in a timely and efficient manner, without gurgling, bloating, uncomfortable bowel movements, constipation, etc. A few tips...

1) Limit alcohol consumption, or better yet do away with it altogether if you are struggling with bloat. Alcohol inhibits digestion of food and causes it to accumulate in the gut, which makes the gut worse at doing its job and therefore prone to further bloat.
2) Quit impulse eating, tough as it may be with such delicious offerings everywhere you look. Or at least limit yourself to one market gluttony session a day.
3) Figure out how to get several hours of physical activity every day. Duration is more important than intensity. Even better if you do so before eating your first meal, thus forcing your body to metabolize the undigested matter clogging up your gut.
4) Starting your day with fresh fruit is a great idea. Buy some at the market the day before.

Thanks for the advice man.
Do you consider walking physical activity ? I do 10k steps at least every day.
What do you think of eating fruits in the morning and then only lunch not dinner ?
I do strength training 5 days a week, do you think I should add one or two cardio sessions, if yes what kind ?
Appreciate your feedback, you seem knowledgeable.
