i think the ranking would be quite different if they could work remotely
Spain usually ranks quite high due to high standards of living if you make good money and work life balance

while cities like Seoul are at the bottom due to toxic work culture

don’t go outside from 9am-3pm

speak fluent thai (can be done in a couple months)

it really is a shame that they neither showed a total result by gender nor provided the full data set so that you could look it up yourself. because besides that it is the biggest and best expat survey.

however, there are still some interesting insights even though the data set is polluted by women because some things just appeal to everyone. like the weather in spain. or what is mentionable as well is that there are several arab shit places close to the top of the ranking DESPITE women participating. i'm pretty sure that is because in those countries you don't pay taxes, imagine getting your full salary paid out directly to your bank account.
