Transit
Bangkok is one of the busiest airports in the world so flights to there from anywhere are consistently priced and there are often deals to get there inexpensively. When you leave there is a direct train from the airport which can take you with a couple transfers to Nana plaza or you can take a bus immediately to Pattaya. Both rides cost less than $10. The metro trains are mostly new and comfortable without any anti-social people on them. Cabs are also extremely cheap when you use Bolt, so you can move around unrestricted and in comfort pretty easily.

Hotels
Hotels are very cheap per night and offer a higher level of service than the comparative star rating hotels you go to in the west. My stay at a 4 star hotel in Bangkok which was under $80/night was better than 4 and 5 star hotels I've stayed at in Canada and the US, which cost $300/night+. Hotels in Thailand (at least the ones in proximity of the red light areas) are also guest friendly. Meaning you can bring hookers to them. Not only will the hotel allow you to take them in, they will demand the hooker hand over their ID, scan it, and keep it with them at the front desk until they leave. When they ask for it back they will call you to make sure you're fine and weren't robbed and ask you if the hooker is allowed to have their ID back. This nullifies any attempt by the hooker to engage in any kind of petty theft or extortion because if they were stupid enough to rob you, they have a photo ID of who did the crime on file and ready to hand over to the police.

Cultural tolerance
There's very little to no shaming of men who engage in prostitution, so when you walk around with a hoe or bring one back to your hotel room, the smile just check her in and smile and wave - and give facial expressions that give off the vibe of "enjoy". This includes the female hotel staff. And as weird as you might think you look, a young average looking White guy holding hands with a hot Asian girl is one of least weird things you will see when you walk around these red light districts enough.

Exchange rates
I noticed that pulling out money from ATM's using their banks, the banks did not fuck you on exchange rates or fees. It was actually very convenient.

Language skills required
Its very easy to get around on just basic English. Everything is simplified to a 1st grade reading level.

Cons
Literally the only thing I did not like about Thailand is there were tons of Indians trying to hawk things while you are walking around looking at the girls. If you don't like Asian women your selection will be limited to a couple dozen Russian and African girls. You're not guaranteed a great experience, some of the women will be more jaded and mechanical.
