If i stay in hostels i always see npcs with these huge backpacks and when i am in the airport i encounter these boomers with their gigantic suitcases. (especially Americans for some reason)

Just use a 35/40 liter backpack and pack only the things you really need.

I pack this for multiple months in SEA and this is more than enough.

4 t-shirts, a pair of linen panrs, 3 shorts, 1, swimming short, 10 pair of underwear, 5 socks, 1 pair of shoes, 1 pair of flipflops, basic electronics, laptop and a toiletry bag.
