What province are you in?

Im aiming for CQ/Sichuan and am researching them but in case I can't get a job there and want to cast a wider net, what are some other underrated provinces especially if I want good looking pale and/or curvier chicks?
Smoking also seems to be more prevalent in that region and I'd rather avoid it since second hand exposure fucks up your health and skin if you're exposed to it for too long.

I'd do Dongbei but I'm gonna have to avoid places that have winters that are really cold and dry. Unfortunately that rules out a lot of northern China but peripheral areas near the coast like Shandong(Qingdao)/Jiangsu or provinces that are not too north like Henan or maybe Shaanxi(Xian) might work.
