Surround yourself with nice, sociable people. If you're a guy who just hangs out with a small group of two or three really awkward individuals, you will never get out of that bubble. Make conversation with other people and it will improve your life drastically. Make sure to take care of yourself too - wear clean clothes, shower, try out a sport or go to the gym. Eventually you will feel natural and confident when talking to girls and it will lead to something more substantial.
