me personally, i wasn’t affected by the goy stock market drop so don’t care. if anything, the stronger dollar benefits me

what about you guys?

everything has taken a dive but it doesn't really make a difference for me because the money i make with stocks is negligible compared to my salary.

i rather wonder if this is a chance to buy or if it is catching the falling knife during trumps spree to ruin the global stock markets.

@Stellar_Travels thoughts?

I lost lots of money in the last 6 weeks, the drop was one of the quickest in the stock market history without having the FED to bail it out
For a while it's going to be messy but then it's going to go up again like it always does...gotta have patience for the next 3-4 months

are you gonna stand on the sidelines for the coming months will you try to average your leftover cash in while the market keeps dipping?

also there seems to be a paradigm shift now because of the tariffs. investors become pessimistic on american stocks now and recommend europe. i'm unsure because i don't really believe in some big european companies like the car industry anymore for example. what do you think?

*years

we’re in a recession boyos and no more money printing

its gonna hurt third world countries hardest. this is good in the long run for us. but there will be temporary inflation, particularly in places that have an oversupply of things like housing, for example thailand or china, as bankruptcies start occuring supply is going to drop and prices are going to increase until they get refinanced (at a lower price)

a good comparison might be for example, why is thailand cheaper than the philippines even though everything is worse? it is because of the finance structure. everything is gonna get worse for a big before it can get better again. the people taking out mortgages on rental properties are going to stop renting out when they go bankrupt, and the banks will have trouble putting their properties to work, so supply will drop and price will increase due to the lower supply (and also because they are desperately trying to avoid bankruptcy.) they overbuilt, they wasted their money. but in the end there are still more properties and it drives down price. the low price is precisely the reason they are going to go bankrupt

sell to who. every country erects tariffs for commodities except for countries with zero natural resources. you guys are cooked

@Stellar_Travels another big drop today. i feel like it's time to start averaging in.

time to swing trade tqqq
recently it's just going down, so buying and selling again would just have given you losses. so you would have to shortsell it instead during a recession. which broker do you use to short tqqq?

What do you mean? The biggest economies are all limited by access to cheap commodities. America, Japan, China, Europe, etc. There's no shortage of labour or capital right now. There might be in the future. The biggest trade barriers are to finished goods like cars.
