Advice How can I fix my mental health?

I think I’m depressed. Been diagnosed with major depression in the last year. It used to be a feeling of sadness but now I think it’s the kind of depression where you don’t really feel sad but you just have an absence of happiness. Any advice? I think it could be a lack of sunlight and vitamin d for me but I want to take only legit supplements that are bioavailable. I’d rather just get some sun but there’s no sun at this time of year where I live. I just feel progressively more and more shit. I just wish I was happy again.

Sounds like something Goatis would say but it’s probably legit. It’s cloudy asf where I live usually. January-February averages 0-2 on the UV index. I’ll see what I can do though.

i used to do it a lot when i had a sun window living in denmark

i think it helped but probably just placebo
 
Lift weights and don’t jack off - also do get the vitamin d - people in sunny places often don’t get enough either - consider blood test and trt
 
Same the only thing what helped me was getting my ass too thailand and i felt human
 
Best way to improve mental health is by looking better.

I was bloated and started working out, lost ten pounds in 2 weeks and don’t even have a double chin anymore.

I’m not going to stop until I’m almost under weight and have no fat in my face.

Looks improve mental health and I know this because I’m bipolar and major depressive disorder.

I only feel alive when I receive compliments about how good looking I am and positive reinforcement from women.

Or you could take the short cut and escort in other countries it’s such a fun time and improves mental health. Helps get rid of anxiety and depression fast.
