Has anyone here over the age of 30 noticed any shrinking with their height? It appears that taller people tend to have the crazier shrinkages.
If you are:
190cm -> 181cm - 182cm
185cm -> 178cm - 180cm
180cm -> 176cm - 178cm
Some notable examples are Clint Eastwood and Harrison Ford.
Eastwood peaking at 191cm and now is at 180-181cm. Poor guy probably doesn't have the strength to stand up straight but he can probably go up to 186cm if he did.
Ford has gone from 185cm to 179cm. Again, if he had the strength to stand up straight he could probably be at 182ish cm.
Although it does seem like anyone that is 183cm+ will end up being 5'11 so meh. alright i guess. Kind of sad to see that taller people tend to shrink the most but that's just life. Makes sense too since taller = more cartridge and disc fluid.
If there are any oldcels active please comment on this would help out a lot. What measures have you taken? What will you be doing to minimize this? Have you considered stem cell therapy?
Good thing is - It's only 2025. I'd say that in about 10-20 years height loss will probably be extremely minimized due to medical advancements throughout the decades. This is when you realize how important diet, bone health and standing up straight is.
