did some tricep extensions, lat pulldown, and dumbbell curls

OK I'll admit maybe it's true. I gymmaxxed as a late teen and that's when I had htb/staceylite louis vuitton maxxed 16yo white gfs with tiny waist who let me bust in them

But in SEA I feel we don't need as long as ur slim and have a 6 pack and non-twig arms

Maybe I'll resort to gym if I don't get what I want here Long term
 
gym is the easiest way to ascend, get a good lean body and you are mogging 90% body wise
+ gives you confidence
+ makes you a lot healthier

all health recommendations say to exercise 3 times per week, do cardio, flexibility and gain muscle
you should be doing all this if you dont want to be a 40yo that looks terrible and his back hurts everywhere

You don't need it. But attracting is way easier. For example I date top 20% only. But with muscle and height it's wayyy easier to date them than if you don't have it. I have lots of muscle now but very high bodyfat so it's slowly starting to melt off like butter revealing my gains

3 and 9 still workout some, 4 is what is still normal weight with muscle.

if you want a perfect physique we are talking 4 days minimum, but imo with 3 days you can have a better body than almost everyone while not having to spend a ton of time at the gym and very strict diet

some of those look very similar, just different genetics and lighting

you want to aim for 3, 7, 9, 13
defined bodies with enough muscle but not too bulky, that's 10/10

Currently I'm 6

Whatever you do it's fine as you workout and rest will come later just stay consistent
3x a week with the Big 4 ohp bench etc

now if you truly want a 10/10 body you want to count every calory and train as hard as possible, but i honestly think its useless
i would much rather put that energy into fashion or daygame learning

I agree it's useless and see plenty of fit but broke guys

Also guys working dead end jobs working out so much, needs to be balance.
For fashion you just need to visit store 3 times and ur set dressing good, I'm not fan of fashionreps. Hell even 60$ Nikes is ok or 200 usd ones.

Daygame is good skill
I agree, it does make a difference but at the end of the day it's not mst important thing
Honestly I used to do 4 a day and was big difference than 3 and faster too
 
Agree. meanwhile .orgcels spend 50k+ on surgery to still not be the best looking guy their mid gf has been with. And the better looking guys didn't even have to get surgery
