The absolute amount of young women is only relevant in the context of the foreigner saturation of the country, which I admitted is a non-issue in India (but the same goes for many countries/regions in SEA). What matters is the ratio of young women to young men as this will determine how picky girls can be and therefore how competetive the dating market is for men.
