fucked up sleeping pattern.

I sleep at 7pm and wake up at 3.30am.

Need to fix it.

Any supplements or stimulants to fix this that anyone knows of?
 
water but melatonin always helps for me. if it’s really bad you should take doxylamine for one or 2 nights to reset your sleep sched. after that cruise on melatonin for a week and you should be good to go
