Asia fashion is different than UK tbh

When I go in the mall I noticed its not like old money style or smart or anything

Everyone wears baggy jeans with oversized tshirts

Looks kinda cool tbh. But I prefer old money style

But I went shopping with my chink and she suggested some baggy outfit and it took me a while to adjust to it but I think it looks good actually

I think if I didn't have her, I would've never bought it

But will still wear my old money style outfits in condo since its higher end here

But yea the point is, I think u have to adjust your fashion here to fit in more otherwise you'll seem non nt

As long as you have a good style you are ahead of all expats in thailand
doesn't matter which style you choose

Idk I see a mix of white guys who well dressed and autistic fashion. Same like asians

I think cos you're not actually here. You don't really know and are just guessing

Based on the content ive seen, not even 1/10 have good fashion

even in europe most people dress like shit, and the ones attracted by thailand are even worse

Bangkokz? Many had style tbh… Pattaya? Not even 1/100
There's plenty with good style nowadays in bangkok and good looking, but we are talking about percentages. For every guy with a clean style i see 20 that look like shit.

In certain european and asian capitals its impossible to compete with the top guys, while in SEA it feels possible.

End of the day tho, what if that's because they can't pull off the old money style, and maybe it would be an even bigger halo for you?
The way I see it, there are basically 2 core aesthetics in fashion, and more specific subcultures fall somewhere in between:
- Old money/luxe/ivy prep/whatever the fuck you want to call it signals: class and sophistication, literal old money, maturity, reliability, LTR material, but it can have a bit of an outsider vibe outside the west depending on the pieces
- Baggy tiktok eboy whatever signals: being culturally plugged in, "clout", youth, spontaneity (and it doesn't have "money" in the name so you can cope being poor by playing into whatever's hyped. Whole different vibe vs when you walk in wearing silk, cashmere, etc.)
- Bonus round: /r/malefashionadvice-core for being an NPC
Ultimately depends on who you want to appeal to

Basically any kind of style should do well, considering most people have no style at all. Exception would be non popular niches such as gothic or rock.
Old money, baggy, casual, smart do whatever you want as long as you combine color properly, layers, and accesories.
