Which are the easiest countries in those 2 regions?
Is this list accurate?

For quantity: Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia (no Bali)
For quality while not being hard mode: China, Taiwan

Is Malaysia decent? I don't see anyone talking about it

Malysia is not decent for dating. It's very boring and religion barriers afaik

China and Taiwan are good picks one you have game. PH is good overall if you want to build up game since it's so easy

I don't personally but from what I've heard from lots of sources, it's not easy. Much higher quality but you need to put in some effort, and learning the language helps a lot.
