I truly believe if E.R had been in France or Russia or somewhere else in Europe he would’ve had a decent chance finding someone. Instead his father had him living in California - this dude was in ISLA VISTA. He could’ve been full white and 5 inches taller and still would’ve struggled there…location matters.
