for example imagine some white guy who knows Chinese at HSK 4/5, is it easy for him to get a non teaching, well paying job in China and have all sorts of business opportunities? or will it be as hard as for the local Chinese

if you have the qualifications I don't see why not. If you're American with experience you're going to get good offers everywhere.

nah not really. you either learn languages for the love of the game or to fuck the girls. it’s not the boomer days where they care if we can speak their language and instantly give a high paying/status job

I believe the good days of making easy money as a white monkey are gone

of course learning the language will always help, and there's plenty of $$$ opportunities there, but it wont be nearly as easy as the stories we have all heard about

i think high iq + decent looking + degree + speaking language moggs like 99% of whites in china, think it should suffice

Native mandarin > native English
Bilingual, western-born born chinese people can fit the role

making money in any country is easier if you know the language. every white guy should at a bare minimum be fluent in english, french and an east asian language. these are the main languages of business, international affairs, finance and trading

muh "learn languages with the most speakers bro!" yeah just learn hindi and spanish to talk with the 3rd world
muh "japanese isn't useful because it's only spoken in one country bro!"

all the places you named are heavily on the decline and not-geomaxxable

I would presume that it would open many doors, yes. All I can say is that for LATAM it's essential. Without Spanish (Or Portuguese in the case of Brazil), it's going to be very difficult. That said, if you are bilingual, there are opportunities for English-speakers. I've never been to Asia but I presume it's similar to LATAM where the best opportunities won't be posted on Indeed (or whatever the local equivalent is). You need to be able to make an impression in person.
