Does anyone else stay up later in December cuz of Christmas?

Ever since I was a kid my sleep schedule always gets farther into the night during the time of Christmas

i still can’t sleep on Christmas eve, it’s a little tradition of mine to pull all nighter!

why are you so excited? won't you be sitting alone in your room on christmas eve? or with some gook who does not have the spirit of Christmas in her genes

it’s quite possible to imbue an oriental with the spirit of Christmas

It starts months in advance tho, sending them pics of your tree you’ve prematurely put up, telling them about baking cookies, other sort of festivities you’ll be doing. Being perplexed that they have to work around Christmas, etc etc

And then Christmas comes around and they’re as excited as you

i don't stay up late because i was always told santa wouldn't come if i were awake so even to this day i make sure to sleep early on christmas eve in case i scare off the big guy

Not because of Christmas but my mental illness gets so bad during winter im suicidal for many months which wrecks my sleep schedule
