PP or Saigon?

I need good internet signal and fucking girls can I do both in both places? these are my only two interests as exploring SEA during the day is a fucking nightmare and I would not be staying for a long time. Like to take girls with me to go see stuff too and I know there is lots to do in both places. obviously more in Saigon. lmk bros
