Here is a mini story that happened to me, I was testing out dumbbells and one of them was a adjustable weight dumbbell, suddenly because I did not realize that it wasn't bolted on the weights started dropping and one dropped at my head. If it wasn't my low set browridge and deep set eyes I would have been much worse than a bruise.
