one of my grandfathers lost a leg in the war.

i never got to know him because he died before i was born.

he looked like a chad. and he was a weird psycho from the stories i heard. not surprising at all though for a veteran with such a fate.

the following generation after the war has developed a strong saver mindset because they grew up in poverty. they didn't have much to eat and even butter was considered luxury for them.
