i basically would get drunk or high then just go out and talk to random people, tinder matches and girls on ig. i started thinking the same way sober as i did while fucked up so it's like i replaced my brain circuits. i learned how to be more NT just by conversing and seeing what worked either under the influence or sober

it made me both more low inhib and NT even after stopping
