Civility is of course the best for a society. However the modern Western man is not civil, he is just weak. The tragedy of the Western European man is that he has completely lost any sense of pride and he will get walked over without saying anything, I think this is what we all think of when we say men are low T.
This wouldn’t be a problem if everyone was like this and the society was peaceful, however it is not the case at all. When you get millions of third worlders who are not civil at all and come trash your country and you’re not able to stand your ground and defend your country, this is where the problems appear. I think OP is right on pointing out this tendency which is at the basis of the collapse of these countries.
Civility should only be maintained when everyone plays by the rules. Evidently, we Western Europeans should have long stopped being that way with invaders (after some insulted our culture, killed our people, raped our women). What do you think happens today ? I’ll tell you, criminals go to prison for a few years (if we’re lucky) then they go out after half their sentence because they were good boys in prison and then they often commit crimes again. And nobody says anything. Not one man will go out and carry justice himself, nobody will expose these injustices because everyone is scared. Not one man on the subway will help the girl who’s getting her bag stolen or the guy who is getting racketted.
This is just weakness, disguised as civility.
You're French, right? Maybe I could see that happening there, but the idea that 'third worlders' are destroying America isn't true.
We don't have hordes of Muslim migrants here. There are a lot of Latino ones, but they are mostly peaceful, which doesn't seem to be the case for the Muslims in Europe.
I heavily disagree with the idea that Western European men of today are weaker than in the past. Europe was always giga-enslaved until the last few decades. Going to war for the government like good goys, having state-enforced religion, etc.
Europe today has much more freedom, and European countries aren't constantly at war with each other anymore, which is good.
Society (for humans) is the most peaceful it's ever been, globally. Almost no more major conflicts compared to the past, violent crime rates in the U.S. have been on the decline for the last 30 years.
I think most of Western Europe is fine, but places like London and France have definitely seen crime problems.
Also, my original comment wasn't about migrants or crime rates, it was about toxic individuality. Toxic individuality has ruined the USA, and it would be awful if it spread to other places like Europe or Asia, which have a more community-based mindset.
If I go to another country, I will try to accommodate their customs insofar as it doesn't violate my conscience, etc.
I respect Western Europe and East Asia for their community-based mindset and diplomacy.
