It is technically foundation but it works perfectly for covering any scars, pimples, red marks. Will not make your skin break out or anything bad, designed for sensitive skin. Also, as you may guess, all cosmetic products are very overpriced, probably like 20 times production cost. Since this is a foundation, it's designed to be used by women in large quantities to cover their entire faces. Therefore it's a lot cheaper than concealer which is meant to be used in small quantities.

You gotta apply it on dry skin so lightly wipe with a washcloth or something on the area you want to apply it. Then tap your finger around it to blend it in
