I hear this bullshit rhetoric a ton from cucks, how they say ‘muh 80%+ of guys convicted for child porn possession say they would have sex with a minor if given the opportunity.’ I just realized something about this that I haven’t before, yeah no fucking shit??? That’s like asking an adult man who jacks off to 20-30yo women if he would want to fuck the women in the videos if given the chance would he do it. It’s obvious what the answer is and it would legit be pretty cucked to say no.
This of course entirely sidelines the point that they didn’t even have sex with an actual minor they just looked at pixels on a screen. They try to make you think “oh shit this guy is a dangerous monster for having this certain sexual preference.” Complete dogshit hive mentality.
And that’s what it boils down to, trying to come up with any justification they can for putting people in prison for looking at pixels on a screen. Even 70%+ of federal judges way that the mandatory minimum sentences for child porn charges are too high and should be lowered. It’s insane that’s even a thing because shouldn’t the punishment be up to, you know the judge? The only place where it makes sense if for actual violent crimes like full on rape, assault with a deadly weapon or murder. Other crimes having mandatory minimum is retard tier imo.
