Most of the games I play are between 10-30 years old anyway. Not paying 70+ dollars for something that 6/10 is a buggy mess upon release. Almost every Unreal Engine 5 games have major graphical issues, especially pertaining to stuttering and frame times on PC anyway. Plus, it really comes down to the almost undeniable fact that most games these days are unoriginal piles of shit.
