Advice Source of Income For Geo-maxing?

Once I graduate from Uni, I was just planning on grinding Truck driving for 2 to 3 years and using the 100k saved up uhh ... what the fuck do I do with the 100k to continuously make money? Currently, I am en route to becoming a plastic surgeon but I need help, man, right now I am an impoverished college student who can't afford to eat some days

Will I get paid enough? Aside from being a quarter Asian, if you met me, you would realize I am the most American person in the United States, I fit into all Texan stereotypes

The standards in 5 years:

Bare minimum height requirement: 6'4
Face: 7/10 regardless of race, and if your Indian, It's impossible to win

I had already been rejected and cheated on often as a borderline 6'0 low htn with a good physique, mostly for ugly guys who where 6'4+, yet two years ago, when I was like 5'6 and low mtn, I used to get cold approached and was treated like a king just for having fluffy hair and wearing streetwear, women's standards become progressively more unrealistic every single day, thanks to TikTok pretty much

I would seriously reconsider truck driving... talk to your uni advisors. If you really want to be a surgeon you'll probably want to get experience first by being some kind of lab aide, med tech intern, nurse, etc.

Otherwise just go teach English in Asia after graduating, seriously, you can make a lot of money and start geomaxxing immediately

If you're getting anywhere close to 1k per month you need to check your visa status immediately because you're probably being scammed and working illegally. You should only consider working illegally if you a) lack a bachelor's degree, or b) are from a non-English speaking country.

You should not accept anything under 3k USD per month (which is under 22k RMB per month) even in a T2 city. In Shanghai, you should aim for 26k RMB per month (about 3500 USD per month).

Of course I am only talking about "proper" schools (i.e., teaching at primary school, secondary school, international school, or kindergarten). If you teach at a university you will get paid substantially less, though you will do almost no work.

it's what i do

if you have a mortgage, take some of that money and build an apartment on that property

this way the rental apartment pays your mortgage, while the main house/apartment gives you a living salary every month
Even if that means making an apartment in the basement of your house. Doens't matter how. Just make an apartment with your dwelling. Why waste space and money.
there are other ways, like buying a 5 or 6 unit apartment which yields better tax incentives. but you get the general idea

there will always be more have nots than haves. That means there will always be people willing to rent

i pay a property manager 350 a month to care for my place, so i don't have to do anything. Just collect money every month

Well, I already have my bachelor's degree or, at least, a few months away from having it, but it's in biology. So you're saying I should teach English in anything but university? How do I even go about this, my parents offer 0 advice for making money abroad, they just want me to be a doctor, I plan to do botox injections and do something in the plastic surgery field, but I don't want to be trapped in the United States and drowning in debt, what do I even do bro

It’s just a general range and many if not most training centers do pay shit wages like that, even in Tier 1 cities…
Also, I’m getting a lot of pushback from recruiters about my lack of teaching experience even though I have a Bachelor’s degree from a decent college in the Northeast lol
Any idea why?
I thought that didn’t matter…

They are giving you shit to try to negotiate you into the bad positions nobody wants. "Oh you don't have experience, you can't teach in a high school, but you can teach in a kindergarten! Look at this posting instead!" It's BS so they can pawn off less desirable jobs to gullible people, fill their own pockets.

That being said, you may want to fake some experience as Alex suggested. Nothing too crazy, but maybe say you were a TA when you were in university.

I may write a mega guide to teaching In China sometime. Will probably also do the same for going to language school and/or getting a job in Japan.

Training centers used to be a goldmine but they have been getting shut down. They have always paid low wages. I'd avoid them. The only real advantage of training centers is that they're the only place you can get a job ANYTIME, year round. Every other school only has September and February intakes.

  1. Be from one of the "Big 7" English-speaking countries: UK, USA, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. Note that this does not include all native English speaking countries, such as Jamaica. You'd be out of luck. Indian people in particular are often frustrated that they can't teach in China despite their fluent English.

  2. Actually have English as your first and native language.

  3. Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

  4. Possess a "Level 3" 120-hour TEFL certification. For China in particular, it doesn't need to be from a fancy organization, it can be the cheapest and shittiest TEFL course you can find. These shoddy TEFL certs are often called "Groupon certs".

as far as I know none of the immigration services, or companies have a way to check it
there's no database or anything like that
